Why can't we save energy at producer point?

The sea has got everything what we need, isn't it ?

• sufficient storage medium (seawater)
• sufficient Head (ocean depth)
• sufficient power (wind turbines in the offshore area)
• sufficient customers (network connection to the mainland)

Pumped storage plants in the sea are feasible and effective.
